Waiting list — privacy notice

Who we are. Tiremesù is operated by Tiremesu Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17526195. Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Tiremesu Ltd is responsible for your details. Contact: pullmeup@tiremesu.com.

What we keep. Exactly these, and nothing else from the form:

• your name;
• your email;
• whether you are joining as a practitioner or for an organisation;
• the organisation's name, if you give it;
• the language you used;
• which version of the consent text you agreed to, and when;
• the date you joined;
• where you came from (for example a YouTube or LinkedIn link), and the page you first landed on.

The form also has a hidden field that only automated spam tools fill in. Whatever is typed there is never stored.

Why. For two uses only: to send you one message when your invitation is ready, and to plan who we invite first. We rely on your consent. The waiting list is for people aged 18 or over.

What we don't do. We send one message when your invitation is ready, and nothing else. We don't sell or share your details, and don't send you anyone else's marketing. We don't send a confirmation email when you join.

Cookies and analytics. No cookies. We count visits with Plausible, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that stores no personal data and sets no cookies; our host keeps ordinary server logs.

Who handles your details for us. Two services work for us: Railway (hosting), which stores your details, and Plausible (cookie-free visit counting, no personal data). If we send your invitation by email, the mail service we use will process your email address for that message.

Where it is held. Your details are stored with our hosting provider, Railway, in the United States, under contract terms that protect them as UK and Saudi law require.

How long. We keep your details until 18 months after you sign up, or until you join Tiremesù, whichever comes first; then we delete them. When you are invited and join, your details move under the product's own privacy notice.

Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, to receive a copy of them, or to withdraw your consent, at any time by writing to pullmeup@tiremesu.com. We reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office or to the Saudi Data and AI Authority.
