How work finds you
You're asked in because of a gap, not a bid.
A request starts inside an initiative, at the stage that needs you. The team can see what's missing and who has done it before.
Nobody bids, and nobody competes on price with strangers.
How you work
A team for one piece of work.
You join for one stage, with the brief, the team and the canvas already there. When it closes, you move on, and the record of what you did stays with you.
Your record
Your card is your proof.
What you delivered is confirmed by the people you worked with, and it stays yours.
A public card shows no figures, and no one is ranked against anyone else.

Mentoring, judging and hosting are roles people are invited to take on. They are not levels.

No. Joining creates no employment, partnership, agency or ownership relationship with Tiremesù Ltd.
Who decides?
Our team reviews each application. Expert places are also approved by the honours board as it forms.
Can I leave?
Any time.
