For organisations

Ninety days. Your team. Evidence you can hand over.

Your own people, with outside experts where you need them, run real initiatives on Tiremesù, in Arabic and English. At day 90 you hold the evidence pack, the leader view and a report measured against targets you set in week one.

Built for teams asked to show results with less.

Why now

Spend now has to show outcomes.

Outcomes, not activity.

Organisations want shorter, focused work, and teams that mix their own staff with outside expertise, instead of year-long advisory contracts.

Standards are here.Qiyas is measuring.

ISO 56001 sets out what an innovation management system has to show.Government entities are measured on innovation maturity every cycle, and the next one won't wait.

Your people want credit.

Recognition keeps the people who carry innovation from burning out or leaving.

Your team does the work

The method stays with you.

Your staff work the initiatives through the stages, each method on its own canvas. Mentors and judges from outside join your challenges.

When the engagement ends, the method and the record stay.

The leader view

One screen of where the organisation stands.

Leaders don't run workshops. They need to see what moved, what's stuck and what the evidence says, without asking for a deck.

The evidence

A date-stamped pack your assessor can read without a meeting.

The evidence comes from the work itself: gate records, canvases and decisions, each linked to its source.

Export it as a PDF, one page per indicator, with the full bundle as a ZIP.

The 90 days

Four phases. Two teams. One decision at the end.

From the day your team is invited.

    Your team
Work the initiatives through the stages on the shared canvas.
  3. Days 61–80

    Prove

    Tiremesù
Evidence gathered and exported. Phase feedback and recognition for the team.
    Your team
Review the evidence and confirm who contributed what.
  4. Days 81–90

    Decide

    Tiremesù
The pilot outcome report and a review with your leadership.
    Your team
Decide what comes next, against the measures.

How success is judged

Measured, not felt.

We agree three or four measures with you in the first week and report against them at day 90. What comes next rests on these, not on impressions. Typical measures:

Initiatives that moved through at least two stages
Share of invited staff active in a typical week
Framework gaps closed, with evidence exported
The leader view used in a leadership meeting before day 90

The platform

Five modules, one workspace.

01Innovation LabInitiatives run through a guided process, each method on its own canvas. 14 processes; the Tiremesù six stages by default.
02Maturity and ComplianceWhere you stand on ISO 56001, an action plan and an evidence export, as your framework pack is loaded.Where you stand on Qiyas or ISO 56001, an action plan and an evidence export, as your framework pack is loaded.
03Hackathons and ChallengesRegistration, teams, mentors, judging and results, with outside participants, in one place.
04People and RecognitionBadges, feedback from colleagues after each phase, and a colleague finder. No one is ranked.
05EcosystemInnovation across a whole sector, with several organisations working together.

Other ways to start

One hackathon or challenge. Tiremesù for a single event: registration, teams, mentors, judging and results in one place.

An event for a good cause. Running a hackathon or challenge for a public cause? As part of our CSR, Tiremesù supports a limited number of public-good events each year. We review every request and can't accept them all.

Questions

What buyers ask us.

Is this consulting?

No. Tiremesù is software your team uses. We guide the set-up and the first sessions; your people do the work, against measures agreed in the first week.

What does it cost?

We agree terms with each organisation when we talk. Nothing is priced publicly.

What if it doesn't work for us?

If the pilot doesn't meet the measures we agreed, it ends there. Your content and your data export stay yours.

Can we run one hackathon without a pilot?

Yes. We can set Tiremesù up for a single event, from registration to results.
